The National Indian Council on Aging (NICOA) is working with the Diverse Elders Coalition and the National Council on Aging to understand what motivates elders in our communities to learn about and apply for public benefit programs like the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (food stamps), Medicaid and more.
In this quick survey, we are asking American Indian and Alaska Native elders to review some potential advertisements for benefits programs and rate the ads. Please share your honest impressions of the ads you are shown.
We know your time is valuable. Your feedback will be used to develop outreach materials to help Native communities apply for benefit programs.
Click here to take the survey.
When you complete the survey, you have the option of providing your email address if you would like to be entered into a raffle to win one of six $25 Walmart gift cards.
NICOA is a not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) charitable organization. It was founded in 1976 by members of the National Tribal Chairmen’s Association that called for a national organization focused on aging American Indian and Alaska Native elders.
Thank you for your time!
